Return Process

  Log in to your account dashboard and select the 'Return Request' option next to your recent order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely package the items in their original condition, including all documentation and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Dispatch Package

  Ship your return to our centralized processing facility using a trackable carrier service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
